Our service is designed especially to assist Seniors in making a transition from a long-time family residence to a smaller home; or from their home to an assisted-living or health care residence.

At some point in our lives, most Seniors will find themselves facing the prospect of making a move for one of the following reasons:

• A spouse has passed away, leaving you alone in a large home.
• Adult children have moved away and can no longer provide necessary day-to-day assistance.
• Maintaining a large home and property has become too expensive and overwhelming.
• Your neighborhood environment has changed, leaving you feeling isolated and perhaps fearful.
• An illness or declining health forces a move.
